WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Under the direction of the provider, provide health education and counseling on topics including diabetes, hyperlipidemia, asthma, hypertension and other diagnosis, provide educational materials and Develop programs, materials and events to teach people about health topics or manage health Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and educational materials. Help people find health services or information.
